Take a look at Ron’s anniversary gift to his beautiful spunky wife of 30 years. She asked for a gray and white bathroom as glitzy as the the diamonds she loves (he gave her those too 🙂 ). That’s what we aimed to delilver!
Distinctive Interior Designs and our team helped get Tracy comfortable with big decisions that initially seemed overwhelming to her–cabinet with marble counter, wood plank look tile floors, simple gray 12×24 shower tiles, and gorgeous arabesque carrara and white picture frame tile ideas came together quickly. How to add the glitz?? That was easier than expected! We used a mix & match lighting option to pull together the perfect combo for her wall sconces…and check out below how they combine ‘dead-on’ with the mirror!
Guess what the unexpected grand prize in this renovation was: during demo our contractor uncovered a hidden unused space under the eves of the house behind the shower. This jewel of a find allowed us to increase the custom shower from 60×32 to 60×45. (Note the sloped ceiling.) WOW what a difference! Now they can practically have a party in what used to be just a standard sized tub area.
