Client purpose/ ask:  create an expansive bathroom and make sure it has wow factor.  ‘Wow ‘ could have just been accomplished with great tile and shifting things around a bit, but we went further.

In this case we thought outside the bathroom’s existing 4 walls and put some adjacent areas to better use.  Not only did we repurpose space from the original oversized tub to create an expansive custom shower, we also stole square footage from a closet hallway and large upper stair landing.    Final steps:  shifted the toilet, expanded a window/ frosted the other, instaled a fantastic custom closet, and accessorized the space.
