Coastal kitchen renovation in Estero Florida featuring large island seating, white cabinetry, and pendant lighting

Coastal Encore Reno

There are certain moments in design that stay with you—being asked to create a vacation home for the same client is one of them. This Estero, Florida residence became a continuation of a relationship first built in Holmdel, New Jersey; delivering their dream coastal vacation home continued the joy!

The home itself, though 20 years old, offered a strong architectural foundation. What it lacked was a sense of lightness, cohesion, and connection to its coastal surroundings. Our goal was to reimagine the space as a refined, open and relaxing retreat—one that felt elevated, but never overdone.

Over three months, we thoughtfully developed a full-home design plan, layering materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting into a cohesive vision. Execution unfolded over eight months, with our team managing every detail from afar—traveling monthly, collaborating closely with a trusted contractor who relocated for the project, and overseeing each installation with intention.

The result is a home that feels effortless and deeply personal—where soft textures, calm woods tones, and subtle coastal influences come together in a way that feels both timeless and entirely their own.  This transformation extends well beyond construction—view the interior design of the home to experience how furnishings and finishes completed the vision.
