This clubhouse redesign was a ‘tug of war of wills’ at times between the Board, the Budget, and the Design, but ultimately, they ALL won out!
Everything had to go in this Marlton, New Jersey clubhouse redesign: new LVP flooring, new carpet tile, freshly painted cabinets, new wall colors & wallpaper, drapes, lighting, fresh accessories, and all new furniture.  Every room was completely transformed and within, at times, a very challenging number.
As always, we got creative and pushed for design that improved the looks, expanded connectivity within the community groups (adding a pocket door between key spaces), increased functionality, reduced ongoing maintenance costs with durable products, and showed we were paying attention to the details (by adding a card room coffee bar).
