We got the call from this out-of-state client after they found us on Facebook. ‘Can you design and oversee a complete condo renovation in Cape May?’ Biggest asks: figure out a way to fit 2 bathrooms into this 1000sf condo & add a beautiful fireplace.
We delivered! The end result is a newly done home-away-from-home that ‘by far exceeds’ their expectations! Key things we did: a closet was pushed forward in the 2nd bedroom to squeeze in that other full bath, the owner’s closet was expanded to improve the kitchen, AND we used a high quality electric Dimplex fireplace instead of gas so they can enjoy the relaxing vibe all year long.
They LOVE it and so do we!
